Daily Maid Service is also available upon request at an extra charge. Cleaning fee of USD 75 plus 11 percent tax applies to every reservation. Rates are based upon 4 guests per villa with a maximum occupancy of 6 people. Children age 14 and under stay free. Make a right on Timberwood Cirlce. 5. Make your first left and we are located in the clubhouse - 7964 - next to the big fountain. From Tampa International Airport 1. Merge ont I-275 South, for 39 miles. 2. Merge onto I-75 South for 23 miles. 3. Take Exit 205 and turn right on Clark Road. Head West for 3 miles. 4. Make left on Beneva Road, head 2 miles South. 5. Make a left on Timberwood Circle. 6. Make your first left and we are located in the clubhouse - 7964 - next to the big fountain. We have the most beautiful beaches on the Central Gulf Coast. Take a walk along the famous Siesta Kay and feel white quartz crystal powdery sand between your toes. There are 30 Championship golf courses in Sarasota and a wide variety of casual and fine dining restaurants.

If cancelled 45 or more days prior to check-in, a 50 USD cancellation penalty will be assessed. If cancelled less than 45 days prior to check-in, there is no refund.
