All units have a full kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, silverware, dishes, cups, and glasses. All units have color TV, cable, and individual air-condition/heat units. A $250 deposit or 40% (whichever is greater) is required to hold a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Three night minimum. PRICES ARE HIGHER FOR HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS. ALL PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND FLORIDA TAXES. PRESENTLY THE TAX RATE IS 12%. Cancellation Policy: Full refund minus a $35 service charge for any cancellation made a minimum of 30 days before arrival. Within 30 days of arrival, we will refund all your money only if we can rent the room to another guest. No pets. |
